أنا اسمي زين الدين حمديني، Industrial Automation & computing Engineer حاصل على درجة Master’s degree، أعمل حالياً في شركة MFG Float Glass Company منذ عام 2022، وأعمل أيضًا بشكل مستقل منذ عام 2021.
شغفي بمجال automation نابع من رغبتي في تحويل الأنظمة المعقدة إلى عمليات فعالة.
لقد طورت خبرتي في automatic and control systems، PLC programming، fieldbuses، SCADA systems، و electrical engineering، منذ أن بدأت مسيرتي المهنية في electrical engineering and automation في عام 2017.

اين اعمل الآن ؟

أنا مهندس في شركة MFG لصناعة الزجاج العائم. بدأت عملي في هذه الشركة الكبيرة عام 2022 في مجال الصيانة الصناعية، والآن أنا أتولى مسؤولية تعزيز وضمان سير الأتمتة بسلاسة في العملية، من مواد الخام ومنطقة تخطيط الدُفعات، إلى الفرن وسلسلة الإنتاج الكاملة.


بدأت العمل كمستقل منذ عام 2021 بعد حصولي على درجة الماجستير. تعاملت وعملت مع العديد من العملاء من إيرلندا، فرنسا، الجزائر، تونس، وأكثر. تخصصي في العمل الحر هو الأتمتة الصناعية وحلول برمجة PLC، والمخططات الكهربائية، وتصميم SCADA، وتحسين المشاريع، ولهذا السبب أنشأت علامة ZIZOU ENGINEERING!

وأحيانًا أعمل كمستقل في تصميم الشعارات والعلامات التجارية، وتصميم وإنشاء المواقع الإلكترونية.

تعليمي ؟

أحمل شهادة License في Automatic & Control (2019) ودرجة Master Engineer Degree في Industrial Automation and Computing (2021).


في عام 2020، أكملت تدريبًا مكثفًا في Industrial Electricity مع Sonalgaz، وقمت بإنجاز مشروع كبير مع HAYAT KIMYA (عندما كنت طالبًا) حول Automation والإشراف في الوقت الحقيقي على لوجستيات المواد الخام باستخدام automated transtocker (لمدة 6 أشهر في 2021).


من 2019 إلى 2024، حصلت على شهادات في advanced PLC programming، وتدريب G120، وYASKAWA VFD training، وWinCC pro، وغيرها. كما تابعت تدريبات إضافية أثناء عملي في شركة MFG، مما زاد من خبرتي باستمرار.

مهارات و خبرة ؟

أختص في PLC programming باستخدام Siemens PLC brand مع TIA Portal وSimatic Manager، وأتقن لغات SCL وSTL وladder. ماهر في HMI/SCADA مع WinCC Professional، وأعمل أحيانًا مع علامات PLC أخرى مثل Allen-Bradley وOmron وDELTA.


أستخدم EPLAN P8 لرسم المخططات الكهربائية المهنية. كما أحب تطوير البرامج باستخدام C# و.NET وربطها مع PLC عبر profinet أو opc وقواعد البيانات. أعمل مع Profibus وProfinet وModbus وIO-Link وأجهزة وأجهزة استشعار أتمتة متنوعة. تغطي مهاراتي الواسعة العديد من جوانب industrial automation.

At our facility, we prioritize the reliable performance of our Fanuc arm robot, which is equipped with ventoses face with sonar sensors and encoders and pneumatic system to efficiently handle glass plates and place them in racks. Our comprehensive electrical maintenance routine ensures that the robot operates at peak efficiency, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
