Q: What information do you need to quote a project?

Please share the machine or process description, platform and versions, available drawings, I/O list or functional requirements, target schedule, and site location if on-site work may be needed. A clear scope helps make the estimate more useful.

Q: Can you develop HMI or SCADA and connect it to a PLC?

Yes. Depending on the project, the scope can include PLC logic, HMI or SCADA screens, tags, alarms, and communications, based on the hardware, software, and protocols used at your site.

Q: Do you provide remote or on-site support?

Remote support or an on-site visit can be discussed based on the project, location, access requirements, and safety rules. Testing, commissioning, and responsibilities should be agreed in advance.

Q: How does a project work, and what do I receive?

We start by reviewing requirements, platforms, and scope, then agree on deliverables and timing. Depending on the project, deliverables may include program or configuration files, operator screens, documentation, and test or commissioning support.
